LetFlowUK started because the software that existed wasn't built for how HMOs actually work.

Most tools treat every property as a single tenancy. HMOs have multiple tenants per property, individual rent schedules, shared bills to split, per-room compliance, and now the Renters Rights Act to navigate. No off-the-shelf tool handled all of that cleanly — so we built one from scratch.
