- Account data: email address and hashed password
- Property data: addresses, rooms, HMO licence details you enter
- Tenant data: names, contacts, tenancy and deposit information
- Financial data: rent amounts, expenses, payment records
- Usage data: pages visited and features used
3. How we use your data
- To provide and improve LetFlowUK
- To send transactional emails (rent reminders, maintenance alerts)
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of contract (to deliver the service) and legitimate interests (improving the platform, fraud prevention).
5. Who we share data with
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU data centres)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email
- Vercel — application hosting
We do not sell your data to any third party.
6. Retention
Data is retained while your account is active. On deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
