1. Acceptance
By signing up to LetFlowUK you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
LetFlowUK provides HMO property management software as a subscription service. We offer a Free plan and a Pro plan at ££29/month. Features may change with reasonable notice.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use LetFlowUK
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, upload malicious content, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Your data
You own the data you input into LetFlowUK. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Payments and billing
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at ££29/month
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months
7. Disclaimer
LetFlowUK is a management tool, not legal or financial advice. The tenancy agreement generator produces template documents — seek legal review for complex situations. We make no guarantee that documents comply with all regulations in your jurisdiction.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetFlowUK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We will give you 30 days notice of material changes by email.
